Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our returns page for our longer 30-day returns window.
Handmade items
Batik is made by hand, so colours and patterns vary slightly from the photos. This is not a fault.
