How to return

Email hello@studiobatik.co.uk or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
We’ll send a free prepaid return label.
Items should be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item.

Your legal rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Our 30-day window is on top of that. If an item is faulty, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 also apply.

Fabric and stitched items

Fabric cut to length and blouses stitched to your measurements can only be returned if faulty.
