Is everything really from Sri Lanka?
Yes. Every piece is made in Sri Lanka and brought to our Watford stockroom before we sell it.
How long does delivery take?
Orders leave us in 1–2 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually arrives 2–3 working days after that.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, on UK orders over £60.
Can I return something?
Yes. Returns are free within 30 days, as long as the item is unworn with tags on.
Will the colours run?
Batik uses strong dyes. Wash separately in cold water the first few times and the colour will settle.
Does the saree come with a blouse?
Each saree includes an unstitched blouse piece so your tailor can fit it to you.
Can I pay in instalments?
Not yet. We'll add pay-in-3 options soon after launch.
